Bastone Auto-stop
This is now the standard Bastone version. The large toggle switch under the lever enables the barista to chose between two different quantities per group. So the levers remain to activate the group, but the busy barista has the ease of the group switching off automatically, as with a touch pad. Of course it can also be used as a normal on-off by simply adjusting to way over 60cc.

The first pre-production series Spirits are leaving our workshop. These are all Bastone. This one is ordered by Vince Piccolo, 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters in Vancouver.
