Earlier Work - MISTRAL (from 1995)

The Mistral was produced in a limited series in 2- and 3-group version. Several options were available. Technical components came from La Marzocco. A total of 116 machines were produced.

A Mistral Triplette equipped with:
Option E: a "sneeze guard", an almost vertical glass panel above the rear body part.
Option C: a set of elegantly contoured high legs (10cm/4inches), made in steel witha coating of satin black epoxy.

Mistral Duette featuring Option D:
A glass rack hovering over the rear panel, offering extra space on the machine.

A Mistral Triplette displaying three options that complement each other nicely.
The machine is standing on elegantly contoured high legs (10cm/4inches), this is Option C.
The glass side panels are much longer than the standard panels, giving the machine a swoopy line, that's Option F.
The large 8mm thick, curved glass canopy on top, resting on polished stainless pillars makes for Option B.
